My three goals are:
1) Consolidate State Government like Bumpers did in 1971
2) Change the Arkansas Lottery from a Multi-State to an Arkansas only Lottery. and;
3) Make products here so we can keep the money here and grow food here so we can set the prices.

I would like to get a study of the Land line phone system to see how we can make it more affordable.
I would also like to get a study of the Tobacco Tax Structure and find ways to generate electricity so we can make that more affordable and reliable.
